The Jr. Raiders Program welcomes boys and girls to join our feeder teams. The official season concludes mid-February for boys and extends through March for girls entering the State Championship. Â

Jr. Raiders Wrestling practices will take place at East Paulding High School. The wrestling room can be reached by entering into the main doors of the gymnasium or the gymnasium doors right next to the wrestling room.

Due to limited space in the wrestling room. Practices are closed to parents. Parents having wrestling experience that are interested in becoming USA Wrestling certified coaches in the program please reach out to our official email and those requests will be directed to the Head Coach of East Paulding High School.

Practice starts 10/26. If your wrestler is in a fall sport, register now and begin coming to wrestling practice once Fall season is finished.

Using Dial antibacterial soap & Selsun Blue shampoo directly after every practice will keep your wrestler cleaner this season! Dial makes a few different kinds of antibacterial soap. Defense Soap is also a good product that is built specifically for athletes and skin defense.
Absolutely no shoes of any kind are to be worn in the wrestling room other than wrestling shoes & wrestling shoes should never be worn outside of the wrestling room.
